Wine Entry : Kloster German Riesling (2002) on board SIA plane

Been meaning to do this for sometime but never had to the opportunity to get the photo shoot in until today on the SQ886 to Seoul. SIA has a very nice selection of red and white wines as well as port. (though personally I have not ever tried it yet). But the German Riesling onboard [The glass on the right! The one on th left is water] is impeccable to the ones I have tried before, and compared to the ones that I get at the DFS Changi.
It has a very nice balance of acidity and sweetness, first mouthful fills you up with lemony / grapefruity zest, with a slight herbaceous scent but a much uncomplicated smooth finish with a flora nose at the end.
The description in the notes is lively yellow wine with green notes. Containing ripe yellow fruit and peach with a harmonious dry soft finish.

the german riesling on SIA is good... looks like the business class cabin!
the Alasce (French) and Luxembourg ones are too sour and spicy for my taste!
