The exhibition hall in the Yarra Valley (Domaine Chandon) is extensive with posters and charts explaining the origins of this winey that specialises in sparkling wine.
Their Curvee Riche is a mouth-watering refreshing breakfast champagne, with the overtones of vanilla and creme, I regretted not buying more there...
